Membership Types
Charter Member:	Signed up on or before 03/31/07
Member:	Standard member that fulfills requirements and is currently renting.
Associate Member:	Interested party that desires to fulfill requirements, but cannot yet. (i.e. Startup business)
Vendor Member:	Member that provides services to members (i.e. non-rental businesses)

The National Associaton of Exotic and Luxury Auto Rental companies provide trusted exotic rental company members.

Why Use Members

Requirements for Membership

All members must have fleet/commercial insurance and issue COI showing assoc. as additional insured, to facilitate referrals.
A physical facility and inventory. (some sharing or brokering of inventory is fine, but must own some inventory)

Two of the following are required for standard membership

Business license (as required by the municipality in which the member operates) if none is required, the member shall provide the proper documentation to validate that none is required
Sales tax ID #
Certificate of occupancy for a physical facility, with display area
Corporate Identification, I.E., Sec. Of State Corp formation, etc.

Managers will review all member applications and may request documentation substantiating that the primary business of the applicant is specialty rental. Manager’s vote can deny applicant, without prejudice.
