Certification

EARA 7000

• Must subscribe to and use a standard customer satisfaction form, to be given to all renters. Results must be compiled, and any deficiencies in service levels or processes addressed in writing.

• Must be a member of at least one local or state business association, such as Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Convention Bureau, Travel Association, etc.

• Must offer deliveries and pickups, and measure on time performance of same.

• Must have been in business at least 6 months, and a member (with dues paid up) of the Association for at least 90 days.

• A standard operating process for verifying mechanical and cosmetic condition of each vehicle prior to rental.

• Must use the Exotic Rental Association Logo on printed promotional items, their front door, and if possible, rental contracts
  
  

EARA 8000

Member must meet all of the requirements in EAR 7000, PLUS the following requirements.

• Must exchange results of its customer satisfaction form with at least 3 other agencies, comparing for benchmarking, and submit results of the surveys to the Association headquarters.

• Must be a member of at least TWO local or state business associations and one of them must be the local Better Business Bureau. Must provide 24/7/365 road service to all renters.

• Must exchange results of it’s delivery on time performance with at least 3 other agencies, comparing for benchmarking, and submit results of the surveys to the Association headquarters.

• Must have been in business at least 2 years and a member of the Association (with dues paid up) for at least one year.  

• Must receive a written audit of procedures, policies, and compliance with the requirements of this level of certification once annually, performed by a 3rd party.
